The Demi-Precentor appears to be in his late forties, slight of frame and his hair going to grey and a smile that at times of advantage turns wolfish. He has so far been seen in a formal, white high collared suit with a blue trim, so far he has come across as friendly and appears to be approachable. He has indicated that he prefers to speak in German - but this may be a ruse to try and put the Blackshields at ease knowing the groups Steiner heritage.

| Adept Wu |
Wu is younger than her superior and appears to be of Eurasian origin. Her attractive face is set in hard lines and framed by straight black hair that is sharply bobbed giving her a cold appearance. She moves with an assured grace and is all business which adds to the coldness of her personality. She has so far been seen in a plain white jumpsuit and combat gear. During their initial meeting she was given a tour of the Blackshield's standing equipment and indicated a level of disapproval at irregular forces (Solaris fighters). She appears to be technically adept taking a distinct interest in the state of disrepair of some of the pilot free 'Mechs.
